Frederic C. Hite, Esq. has practiced Business and Family Immigration Law for over 40 years.

Approximately 75% of Attorney’s Hite’s practice involves assisting businesses navigate the Department of Labor’s PERM Process.  Attorney Hite’s PERM Process experience predominantly includes the restaurant industry, as well as the household, tech, professional services, and hospitality sectors.

Attorney Hite’s experience also includes Family based Immigration Law, much of which relates to assisting families of immigrants who initially arrive to the United States via the PERM Process.

Attorney Hite draws pride from knowing that over 50% of his PERM Process clients include repeat employer clients for whom he previously assisted with petitioning to hire foreign workers for their businesses.
